Email marketing is a marketing strategy where businesses send promotional messages to people in mass quantities. Emails are also a great way to nurture leads, generate revenue, and inform customers.
Autopilot acts as your SMTP (email) provider. We have incredible deliverability, error monitoring, better compliance and are much cheaper when compared to email service providers such as Mailgun.
Text marketing includes automated text messaging and text broadcasts from a toll-free marketing number that helps you efficiently reach your leads and clients. It’s currently only available in the U.S.
Autopilot’s professional setup and onboarding services are here to support you, every step of the way. We’ll build a customized system and onboarding plan that’s designed to help you reach your most important goals, faster.
To avoid someone opening up a account with us in order to only send SPAM, we have a “Ramp Up” model.
Our model puts limits on the number of emails that can be sent out on the first 8 days:
- Day 1 = 250 emails
- Day 2 = 500 emails
- Day 3 = 1,000 emails
- Day 4 = 2,500 emails
- Day 5 = 5,000 emails
- Day 6 = 7,500 emails
- Day 7 = 10,000 emails
- Day 8 and ongoing = 15,000 emails on a shared domain*
*You can send 150,000 emails/day if you are on a dedicated domain
Once you exceed your included credits, you will be charged per email, text, call made or voicemail sent.
We charge $0.001958 per email sent.
We charge $0.0237 per [segment] sent.

Yes! Simply remember to initiate your cancellation request at least 10 days prior to the next invoice date. You can do so by pinging our customer support inside of the Autopilot app.
